Great customer service. Had a couple of issues with the case/shell (not generator) and AIvolt was very quick to respond to questions and issues. The generator is quite good and for its power is about the same size and weight as a 2500 watt unit.

I'm gonna start buy saying this tiny pressure washer really surprised me, its very powerful for its size, it was very easy to set up and overall a great buy for the price I really like it, was looking for a while on buying a pressure washer and im really glad I bought this one its very neat and you can carry it around very easy

This generator packs a punch for its size. Weighing in around 50 lbs. this inverter generator has a reasonable run time with a moderate load. Quick recovery from heavy motor hits. Quick easy start what more can you say. Sweet generator for the price. Get a couple they are linkable!

So far I have used it for about a week straight on the job and it uses very little fuel, very quiet, and it feels solid. I guess we will see how well it holds up.
